Preparation

Then peel and grated apples.

Squeeze three lemon and immediately added to the already prepared mixture (the mixture should not oxidized).

Add three tablespoons of honey.

All this mix, cover and leave to cool place for two hours.

Then, in small portions (one to two tablespoons) strain the mixture through a clean gauze by clutching hands.

Drained mixture is stored in a glass bottle in the refrigerator and drink 100 ml 2-3 times a day.

Light Vegetable Oat Soup

1-2 carrots

1/3 celery root

Preparation

Carrot, parsnip and celery chopped and boiled in water. At the end add more water if needed (liter and a half to two), let it boil, add chopped spinach and oat and all this boil for 5-6 minutes. Add salt and pepper.

This soup can be prepared with other ingredients: broccoli, potato, cauliflower … Instead of oatmeal can be used pasta or rice.

– 250 ml. milk / water (I use half – half)

– A few cubes of dark chocolate

Pour the water / milk with a pinch of salt to boil

Then decreases over medium heat, add oat and banana.

Serve with pieces of chopped chocolate.

– Pinch salt

– 2 tablespoons grated coconut

– 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

– A few almonds

– A little dark chocolate

Pour the water / milk with a pinch of salt to boil, after which add oat flakes, vanilla and boil on medium heat until you achieve the desired density (which depends on the type of oats from 1-5 min for regular oat flakes)

Then transferred to a plate, add a bit more milk (optional) and pour on top with coconut, chopped almonds and chopped / grated chocolate.

Adds sweetener of choice (stevia, maple syrup, honey, etc.).

Ingredients:

1 kilo of plums

60 ml lemon juice

3 teaspoons lemon zest

70g honey

 

Preparation:

Cleaned plums, sliced and mash them, then place them in a bowl. Add the remaining ingredients: lemon zest, lemon juice and honey. Stir well and bring to cook on medium to easy fire with frequent stirring. When the mixture becomes thick enough, or when there are bubbles, about 45 minutes after cooking, jam is ready. Allow to cool and plums jam is ready for consumption. Keep in a cool place, and can last up to 2 weeks.

6 apples

100g raisins

100g chopped walnuts

4 tablespoons honey
