No sugar Apple-Rice Pudding


Apples and cinnamon are the ideal combination for weight reduction. If you add rice and honey can get a delicious healthy dessert. Is preparing for a very short time and is an ideal snack especially for those who are on a diet.


– 2 grated apples

– 200 g brown rice

– ½ teaspoon cinnamon

– 2 teaspoon honey


Boil the rice (for around 40 minutes), then add honey and grated apples and mix. Finally add half a teaspoon of cinnamon on the top.
