Winter Tea Ideas

Tea is a great drink in the cold winter. Tea, not fattening, and it can even help you burn off calories. Here are some ideas for preparing delicious and healthy hot drink in winter.

Ginger

In 200 milliliters of  boiling water add  half tablespoon of ginger and cook for another 5 minutes. Leave to stand for 15 minutes and then add a few drops of lemon and a half tablespoon of honey. This drink also helps burn calories and increases the immune system and can be drunk every morning on an empty stomach.

Chamomile

Chamomile is known for its calming effect. In prepared chamomile tea, once cooled add half a tablespoon of honey. Chamomile and honey relaxing and it would be good to drink in the evening before bedtime.

Apple and cinnamon

Parsley and nettle are the best allies in case of anemia. In half liter of boiled water favored half tablespoon parsley and half a tablespoon of nettle. Allow to stand for 10 minutes. For better taste add lemon. Will not only improve blood but help burn calories.

– 200 g brown rice

– ½ teaspoon cinnamon

– 2 teaspoon honey

Preparation

Boil the rice (for around 40 minutes), then add honey and grated apples and mix. Finally add half a teaspoon of cinnamon on the top.

Ingredients

6 apples

100g raisins

100g chopped walnuts

4 tablespoons honey

½ tablespoon cinnamon

Preparation

Using a small sharp knife, remove cores from apples. Raisins, chopped nuts, honey and cinnamon mix well. Fill up each apple with the above prepared mixture and bake about 20 minutes.
