Homemade Juice for Better Blood Count for Chemo Patients

Beets, carrots and apple are an excellent fruits for improving health condition. In combination with honey and lemon you can get a magical drink, which not only significantly improve your blood but also completely refresh the whole your body.


– 0.5 kg of beet

– 0.5 kg of carrots

– 3 apples

– 3 lemons

– 3 tablespoons honey


Peel and grated beets and carrots on grater (to be grated on smaller pieces to produce more juice).

Then peel and grated apples.

Squeeze three lemon and immediately added to the already prepared mixture (the mixture should not oxidized).

Add three tablespoons of honey.

All this mix, cover and leave to cool place for two hours.

Then, in small portions (one to two tablespoons) strain the mixture through a clean gauze by clutching hands.

Drained mixture is stored in a glass bottle in the refrigerator and drink 100 ml 2-3 times a day.
