Ingredients from Your Kitchen for Oily Skin

Oily skin can be a problem. We give a lot of money and buy expensive creams and lotions that do not help much to improve our skin. To save and to achieve the desired result we only need a few ingredients that we use daily in our kitchen.

Lemon

Lemon is not only good to drink as fresh lemonade also helps in prevention of oily skin. Every night before going to bed after you wash the face with soap, few drops of fresh lemon on cotton spread on your face and leave to act overnight. The process can repeat every night and just in a few days you will be pleasantly surprised by the results.

Baking soda

Recent years have questioned the use of baking soda in beauty treatments. Two to three times per week after you wash your face with soap on wet skin rubbing a little baking soda and allow it to act 3-5 minutes then rinse your face. This treatment can repeat 2-3 times a week.

Mask of green clay

Green clay can be bought in any drugstore or better stocked supermarket. In a small bowl, mix three tablespoons of green clay, 2-3 drops of lemon and a little water (if you have sensitive skin instead of water put chamomile tea) to get a soft mixture as a natural moisturizer. The mask allow it to act on the face for 10-15 minutes and then rinse your face. This mask is used once a week and if you have very oily skin can twice.
