Winter Tea Ideas

Tea is a great drink in the cold winter. Tea, not fattening, and it can even help you burn off calories. Here are some ideas for preparing delicious and healthy hot drink in winter.


In 200 milliliters of  boiling water add  half tablespoon of ginger and cook for another 5 minutes. Leave to stand for 15 minutes and then add a few drops of lemon and a half tablespoon of honey. This drink also helps burn calories and increases the immune system and can be drunk every morning on an empty stomach.


Chamomile is known for its calming effect. In prepared chamomile tea, once cooled add half a tablespoon of honey. Chamomile and honey relaxing and it would be good to drink in the evening before bedtime.

Apple and cinnamon

Grate an apple and add it in a liter of water. Boil the mixture for 15-20 minutes. Then add a spoonful of cinnamon and leave to stand for 10-15 minutes. This tea improves digestion.

Cranberry and pomegranate

Cranberry and pomegranate are rich in vitamin C, which is the best for increasing immunity especially in the cold winter days. Also cranberry and pomegranate help in urinary infections. If you prefer sour, this is a great tea to wake you up, reenergize you, especially if you add a few drops of lemon.

Parsley and nettle

Parsley and nettle are the best allies in case of anemia. In half liter of boiled water favored half tablespoon parsley and half a tablespoon of nettle. Allow to stand for 10 minutes. For better taste add lemon. Will not only improve blood but help burn calories.
